14. Limitation of Liability

16. Account Termination and Data Deletion

16.1 Your Right to Delete

You may delete your data and stop using Kinly at any time:

  2. Delete the App: Uninstall Kinly from your device
  3. Cancel Subscription: Through your device's app store settings (required separately)

Important: Deleting the App or your data does NOT automatically cancel any active subscription. You must cancel through your app store.
